Description
The OPRIOMEM00 module operates as a gateway between the EtherCAT network and a set of different hardware utilities. The module allows the connection of up to 4 digital outputs which can also be configured as PWM to drive lasers for raster engraving. It also allows the connection of an encoder for manual entry of values and a relay activated automatically when the EtherCAT bus is operational. Finally, the module has a retentive memory area (without battery) and 16 non-volatile event or time counters.
OPRIOMEM00 is part of the I/O modules family of the AlphaRIO series whose connection to the EtherCAT network occurs via the OPRIOBCM02 bus coupler.
